If you have been diagnosed with an ailment then simply complete the online form giving us the details.

We will consult our database and If your ailment is on our list then you must follow the following steps;


Step 1 - Send your mobile phone number to cure@dialacure.com

Step 2 - We will text you a number to dial where your cure will be transmitted through your mobile phone.

Step 3 - Listen to your cure and follow the instructions.
